These terms apply when you use the SAFFLAN Hotel website, account area, booking engine, public pages and online forms. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and honestly.

Hotel information

SAFFLAN Hotel is located at Yong Duuni, Tamale, Ghana. We publish room, dining, meeting, contact and policy information in good faith. We try to keep the website accurate, but facilities, prices, availability, images, offers and service times may change.

Website use

• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, disrupt the booking system or interfere with security controls.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the website, guests, staff or booking system are being misused.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis. Room prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes and levies unless a page clearly says otherwise. Extras are also displayed as inclusive prices. Availability and prices are checked at the time of search and again before a booking is created.

Bookings and payments

Bookings made through the website are governed by our Booking Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Payment methods shown at checkout depend on the methods currently enabled by the hotel. Paystack may be offered for online payment. Payment on arrival may also be offered for approved bookings.

Content and intellectual property

The website design, text, images, logos and materials belong to SAFFLAN Hotel or their respective owners. You may view and share pages for personal booking or enquiry purposes, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content commercially without permission.

Third-party services

The website may link to or use third-party services such as Paystack, maps, email services or social media platforms. Those services are responsible for their own websites, systems and privacy practices.

Liability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, SAFFLAN Hotel is not responsible for loss caused by website downtime, incorrect information supplied by a guest, third-party service failure or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute should first be raised with SAFFLAN Hotel so we can try to resolve it promptly and fairly.
