What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Later cancellations attract a one-night charge. To change dates, use your account dashboard or contact reception.

How do I pay for my booking?
You can pay securely online with your card or mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) through Paystack. Payment at the hotel by cash, card or mobile money can also be arranged for approved bookings.

Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes, we offer private transfers from Tamale Airport. Add Airport Pickup during booking or contact reception at least 24 hours before arrival.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast can be added to any booking as an extra, or purchased at The Baobab Restaurant. Some seasonal offers include complimentary breakfast.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the hotel.
Do you have parking?
Yes, gated on-site parking with 24-hour security is free for hotel guests.

Do children stay free?
Children under 12 stay free when sharing existing beds with parents. Cots for infants are available at no charge on request.
